Service was excellent in all respects. After placing the message I was contacted by two suppliers within ten minutes and chose Surniton Electricals Ltd (Alan Corb) - he came across well land lived very close to the property.The actual price of the report turned out to be £250.00 plus VAT. I was content to pay this because Alan offered to undertake a visual survey (in advance of the formal survey) for no fee. Report was very comprehensive. Only improvement would be to make clearer in the initial list whether the prices incude VAT
