I found the site very useful, my sister had been given a quote for the electrical installation of her shower and thought it was much too expensive, so I Simon from APS rang me a couple of hours after I had been looking on the site, he went round gave her a quote and she had the job done. While I had got simon on the phone I asked him for a price to fit to lights for me and he did that the same day as he did my sisters shower, then when he came to fit my lights, he said I should think about changing my fuse box as it was a really old type, so I got a quote off him and he came back and did the job for us yesterday, he did a very good job, he is friendly, reasonably priced, very thorough and always cleans up after himself, which shows a good workman.

I can say that the 'finding' element was brilliant. Having phoned a number of local people who were totally uninterested in a small job, arriving at the website and getting a list of people as a result of a desperate and lengthy, but specific, Google search was wonderful. I received an email from FVS Electrical and phoned Franc in the evening and he came round and did the job on the following evening. Couldn't have asked for better and speedier service. The job was to replace a wireless transmiter in a ceiling fan and when Franc left the remote handset was doing the job. As the fan is not used at this time of the year, I hope it is still working next Summer!
