Global warming could in the long run prove to be devastating for the human race and so we all must endeavour to use energy in more efficient ways.  Even if you do not believe that global warming is potentially a serious problem one thing that you probably will believe is that the cost of energy is going to continue to go up.  To save money you may wish to consider undertaking an energy efficiency campaign to identify how energy is being used in your building and what steps can be taken to make it more efficient.  Is the existing level of insulation appropriate for the property?  Can renewable energy installations such as solar panels or wind powered generators be used to reduce electricity bills?  Would the use of heat pump technology result in lower energy bills?  Much of this is really a cost management exercise to work out what the costs of alternatives are likely to be and what potential savings are likely to be generated and over what time scales could these be achieved?

If you are planning a new building then energy efficiency should be high on your list of priorities. Talking to an expert should be useful.

If you have an existing building then you may wish to consider what help might be available via the Government's 'Green Deal' which has been created by the Energy Act 2011.  The objective of the Green Deal is to reduce carbon emissions by making British properties more energy efficient.  If you are looking for a Green Deal Assessor, please click here

If you are looking for a Business Energy Management Advisor then you will find them listed on this website.  These experts will be able to identify, evaluate and implement measures to save energy in your company.

Filling in the form above will give you a list of experts who you can then contact directly and discuss your requirement in more detail.

If you are an Energy Consultant and you would like your details to be listed on the Local Surveyors Direct website please click here for more details.

Philip Beere answered my e-mail very quickly and I instructed him the next day. The survey was carried out soon after and I had the report by the end of that week. The report is very professionally produced and detailed, but in an easy to grasp language. I would definitely recommend Mr Beere and his company to others.
Leila, Dartford
Very swift response and able to complete the survey with little notice. Quick survey but very slow to produce a report in full. I was given a military discount which was welcome.
Christopher, Swindon
Responded within 2 minutes!
