Professionalism :  Whilst the quality of the survey and report were good, communication and wait time were poor. I was told the report from the survey would be 2 days and it was 2 weeks. This was due to a problem that arose which was not communicated to me and despite 2 phone calls and 2 emails the delay was not explained to me until the end of the 2 week period, when - after a stiff email from me - the report suddenly appeared.

Promptness of response :  They attended the property to do survey very quickly. But did not provide survey report in a timely manner, then after being reminded and promising report by end of week, failed to do this, then failed to send it until reminded twice more.
Quality of service :  The report when it finally arrived was detailed.

Quality of service :  The report when we got it was excellent, it was a shame I had to keep chasing it. Although it turned out to be a computer problem it would have been nice to have been kept up to date
Value for money :  The report was worth the money
Professionalism :  It took 48 hours to answer emails and lots of chasing could have been avoided if we had been made aware of the issues. But I would use the service again
