I submitted my request for an Electrical Installation Condition Report on a rental property and Phil Blair from AEI Ltd contacted me quickly giving a thorough explanation of job and a very competitive price. He was booked for the following week, was prompt and professional, liaising with the tenant and keeping us updated. The report arrived later that day. We've since had him out to do a number of jobs at my mother's property.
