We have not undertaken a large extension before, so my partner and I were relatively in the dark when it came to correct procedures in applying for planning permission. Alun was really understanding to our needs and provided us with advice during the whole process, which took the pressure out of what could have been a stressful procedure. Nothing was too much trouble and Alun has offered to provide advice, not only to ourselves, but also to the contractor once we engage. We found that Alun's costs were very competitive and his friendly, helpful manner made it easy for us to choose his services. If in the future we decide to have any further work done we will definitely go with Alun
