Promptness of response : I received an email response to my enquiry in less than 24 hours, and was able to talk through the requirements by phone the same day.
Quality of service : Emeka came promptly, and provided a thorough assessment of the issue we wanted to be investigated. He provided a full verbal report on the day, which was followed by a written report shortly afterwards that our builder has found useful.
