Promptness of response :  Quick response from initial enquiry but after discussion it was deemed that due to the distance from where we live in Dorset that it was impracticable to proceed, given the costs involved. The POC at Arbor Cultural Ltd during our conversation gave good advice to enable me to proceed with more confidence with dealing with my Local Authority in seeking planning application/approval on a tree issue. Promptness of response :  Tom was excellent! He responded within a couple of hours from our request and was there to do the survey the next morning - the fastest service we received during our purchase process.
Quality of service :  Tom gave us detailed feedback about the tree and answered all our questions on the day. He also offered us the opportunity to follow up with questions after reading the report.
Value for money :  There were suppliers who offered slightly lower cost but the speed and detail in his report were worth the extra penny.
