The website operated satisfactorily. I placed an order with Easton Bevins. The representative was very quick to contact me and was very professional. The HBS has been completed and I am happy with the service I received. I had a couple of questions post survey and these were dealt with very satisfactorily. Being a first time buyer it was very useful being able to discuss the report to confirm what some of the comments meant. I did not realise that all the businesses offering quotes would be able to see what other businesses were charging. It worked in my favour as Easton Bevins matched the lowest quote. It may be worth letting users of the website know this as we would then be able to ‘barter'
