Promptness of response :  I selected Chris Jarman from the list of six as being close (8 miles) and the cheapest. I phoned, he answered and came next day.
Quality of service :  He recognised my problem to achieve a D rating for the full FIT and produced 3 detailed options of insulation , double-glazing etc. The only way he could find was to convert our oil boiler to gas.
Value for money :  He spent 90 minutes here and a good few hours at home so definitely good value for money.
Professionalism :  Absolutely professional.
