Promptness of response : At first I was disappointed that you only supplied the name of one company, however in these times of isolation Ian Moss was very accommodating even working from home and making a drive by evaluation.
Quality of service : I was able to get the evaluation I needed promptly
Value for money : I am not really sure about value as I did not get more than one quote, however Ian Moss was as kind as he could be.
Professionalism : during difficult times, I did not feel that the service I received was inferior to any other times
