At Chassen House Building Surveyors, we are an established, reputable and fully independent building surveying practice located in Manchester.

We specialise in providing home purchasers with the new 2021 RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 residential property surveys. These were formerly known as The home Buyers Report and the Building Survey.

We pride ourselves on providing an efficient, dependable and professional service with a high level of customer service and aftercare at very competitive prices, VAT is not applicable so there are no additional charges.
