Professionalism :  Chris responded quickly to my enquiry and explained the process of an EPC inspection on my tenanted flat (it has been 10 years since my last one). We set up a time within the next couple of days for him to carry out the inspection. He was very flexible with times which fit in with my tenant's job. He arrived on time and the inspection took approx 45 minutes which is exactly what I expected. I received the EPC certificate 5 days later. The payment process not as straightforward because when attempting payment the bank queried the payee. This 'likely bank query' is outlined on the invoice. Banks are extra cautious nowadays so I asked for a different bank account which Chris supplied. I had a similar message but I was able to make payment and Chris sent me a receipt a couple of days later. Overall a good service.
