Promptness of response :  the EPCs for several properties were carried out as arranged. The tenants said that the assessor was on time and polite and the price for the reports was very competitive. Only one small comment is that I sent an email querying that one of my Flats had gone down from a B rating, to a C rating, but I have never received a response, (or a acknowledgement of prompt payment, which would have been nice.)
Value for money :  Although, as the assessor was in the 5 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed and 2 reception roomed house for only 20 mins, then the price of £50 is still very high for just a report of what is there!

Value for money :  Thought it was very cheap, expecting to spend a lot more.
Professionalism :  Everything was agreed via email and text, the survey was completed promptly and the report sent to me immediately. No complaints and would definitely recommend and use again.
