Promptness of response :  I was in a 'jam'. I had forgotten that my EPC was out of date and close to selling my property. I found Carl via this website and he literally went out of his way to do the visit the same day - even though he was working a couple of hundred miles away when we first made contact - and the report the next day
Quality of service :  Responded swiftly. Must have been tired as it was at the end of a long day and a great many miles but he was still cheerful and ready to solve my EPC problem as fast as humanly possible
Value for money :  I had no idea what a commercial EPC cost but with this level of service it was worth every penny

Quality of service :  Carl was willing to discuss aspects of the process with me while in the building, but nonetheless did the survey and provided the outputs very promptly. The requirements for payment and release of the full certificate were well communicated and I received additional follow up advice and signposting for help with renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions
Value for money :  The cost was barely more than half the quote I had been given by the local contractor who had surveyed the same building previously.
