The website was very easy and helpful. I had a call the very next day from Ron Stephens who was able to come along promptly, and did a special price for two Energy Performance certificates at properties close together.
He was on time, efficient, polite and sent my certificates and receipts for the work by e-mail within a few days. I would be delighted to recommend him.
Yes i did find the site useful. I did use Ron Stephens. He has completed the EPC and sent the report to me. I found him very efficient and would recommend him to anyone else. In fact, he phoned me, therefore taking the time to phone me saved me time phoning anyone else.

We used R P STEPHENS surveyings services, Ron was excellent, he rung just as i swicthed my computer off, spoke about what he was going to do for my H.I.P report, i saved so much money going with Ron because my solicitors wanted £400 + vat and i only paid £259!!. Ron was efficient and everything was completed within 2 weeks!.
