Promptness of response : Following a telephone discussion of my requirements, we agreed an appointment for Earl to attend, in order to ascertain the requisites of the job, for which he was punctual. He explained the requirements necessary for my electricity equipment to come up to current regulations. He subsequently - and quickly - sent me an estimate for the work.
Quality of service : The team arrived on the agreed date, and set about the work in a quiet and unobtrusive manner, creating minimum fuss and disturbance. Throughout the time, they were polite and professional.
Value for money : Although the work was probably more complicated than originally envisaged, and took more time to complete than planned, the team worked well, and were thorough. They did not charge more than the original estimate.
Professionalism : Polite, hygienic and tidy throughout, they explained what they were doing and how they were doing it when asked.
