Promptness of response :  The promptness of response was extraordinarily quick with an e-mail arriving within minutes of my inquiry.
Quality of service :  Although our party wall process is not complete in so far as the building works we are having done have not yet finished, the service provided by Elliott Pardington has been first rate with excellent and quick communication to date.
Value for money :  In so far as all the party wall surveyors that we contacted initially in order to get to know a bit more about them, their services and their fees were concerned, and make our decision as to whom we should go with, Elliott Pardington came across very well and presented the most transparent fee structure. A single rate per hour is not very reassuring when not familiar with the dealings of party wall surveyors and horror stories abound on forums discussing as much with charges of thousands for woolly numbers of hours spent on what is after all, not rocket science. Elliott laid out a number of simple stages, his rates and even fixed fee for one of the stages and anticipated costs assuming no major issues, all of which seemed very reasonable.
Professionalism :  Elliott Pardington was very professional whilst at the same time being pleasant, amiable and reassuring.
