Energy Performance Certificates, Faversham, Kent, D Knight - January 2024I used an EPC assessor named Harry Jones who is part of the above group. He was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. He came on time and did what was required. A man of his word, he promised to get the report lodged and registered on the gov.uk website by the end of the day. Within 6 hours of his visit, he sent me an email linking the report to me. This helped me to obtain the required result for which the EPC cert was needed. He was also very affordable and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an EPC assessor.

Promptness of response : I got in touch with Harry at short notice, he was able to visit within the timeframe, making a long journey from an appointment earlier that day and I had my updated EPC ready for the start of a new tenancy. Perfect!
Quality of service : The previous rating (2014, I think) was C, new assessment moves up to B, well exceeding my expectations as there's little you can do to improve the efficiency of a flat less than twenty years ago. 5* result.
Value for money : Slightly more expensive than the surveyor based close to the property, but well worth it, especially taking into account that he'd travelled for about an hour.
Professionalism : I didn't actually meet him - my husband said Harry phoned before arriving and that he got on with the job efficiently.
