I will undertake a thorough inspection of the property and provide a clear and concise written report containing a detailed analysis of each element of the property - from the chimney pot to the foundations and everything in between. Photographs are embedded in the report for easy identification. Our reports are designed to place you in an informed position, so that you can proceed with your purchase safe in the knowledge that there will be no nasty surprises and you are not paying over the odds.
Your report will be emailed in pdf format to you within 3 days of the survey. If you have any questions about our findings, we will take as much time as necessary to explain the details of the survey and talk you through any issues that you are unsure about. I have well over 30 years’ experience in construction and as part of the service we can also discuss your plans for improvements, which will help you make the correct decision when purchasing.

If you wish to proceed with the survey, please reply with the following information:
Your full name, address and contact telephone number.
The address of the property to be surveyed.
The Estate Agent’s name and telephone number; or if it is a private sale, the vendor’s details.
The agreed purchase price.
Any concerns you have regarding the property – e.g. dampness in certain areas, dated electrical wiring, cracking to walls etc.
We forward you our payment details along with survey. Payment is due only when you are happy with the service provided. We will make all the necessary arrangements with the estate agent or vendor as soon as we receive your instruction to proceed.
