FRDS was formed by Chris Vose who has a background working as a senior consultant for a national flood risk consultancy, managing projects from single residential properties, up to £100,000,000 major retail and hotel complexes.



We have a track record of progressing projects through the planning process, helping clients deliver the projects they are aiming to achieve, with pragmatic and cost effective solutions.
