Quality of service :  These were structural calcs and have yet to be used by a builder or passed through building control, but the documentation was comprehensive and well presented.
Value for money :  Supplier was cheaper than other quotes despite greater travelling distance. I guess it would be a little better if there was a supplier on the website closer to me, then the travelling costs could be reduced. This is no reflection on G+J's overall value though.
Professionalism :  Grant was professional and good humoured throughout.

Value for money :  My architect found 2 engineers who had a 4 week lead time and cost almost 2 x as much. Grant gave a good price and was available to do the work almost immediately.
Professionalism :  Grant was brilliant, he was speedy with replies to emails, he made time in the evening convenient to me to visit my house to double check what was required for the project. He even forwarded the revised calculations late that night. Very impressed.
