Promptness of response :  I received a very personalised email quite soon after I submitted, however, it didn't feel like an automated response like some of the other providers, so I liked that!
Quality of service :  Great explanation, quick appointment and great communication before the appointment. The survey was very thorough and the report was very comprehensive and detailed. I was very happy with the output.
Professionalism :  They did not ask for money upfront. They wanted to ensure I understood the report first. They explained an overview of some of the findings before they left, so I would have a better understanding of the report once I received it. I will definitely recommend and I will use again

Promptness of response :  Survey booked and completed promptly. Report received within 7 days. I needed to contact him to ask a couple of questions and he answered them fully. No complaints at all.
Professionalism :  I didn't actually meet the surveyor as all contact was online and one telephone call.
