Promptness of response :  I telephoned Hi Tech on 5/1/16, to make an enquiry only. I was asked to give details of the estate agent, I did so but asked that the EA not be contacted. I was then expecting an engineer to ring me back to discuss arrangements and agree. I also wanted to be present at the survey. I next discovered that HI Tech had done the survey. I have paid them but this did annoy me.

Professionalism :  See comments above. Also after the survey, as I was not present during it, I asked for some simple clarification of an issue, I was also considering hiring them for the drain repairs. They simply ignored my email. I would not recommend them for these reasons.
