Landlord Electrical – services range from all the above domestic services but for your properties whether tenanted or vacant and include annual electrical inspections and periodic inspections.
All our work is carried out to BS7671 (2008, 17th edition) and on completion of work a certificate is issued.
All relevant work is notified in accordance with Part P of the building regulations giving you complete peace of mind.
