Promptness of response :  After contacting Ian Curry we discussed the type of extension we required he explained what we would need regarding planning etc and came up with ideas to allow us to get planning permission. Our meetings are ongoing and should be completed within the next couple of weeks.
Quality of service :  Ian was local and made appointments easier.
Value for money :  Having never done this before I took the price Ian gave us to be competitive. :
