Promptness of response :  I needed an arboricultural report for my mortgage application to purchase a property. John was really prompt to respond to my enquiry. He was £100 cheaper than some companies! He was able to complete the survey the next working day and was flexible with this. I was very impressed with the speed of the work, invoice and the report being done (I think this was done the same/next day after the survey was done which was really helpful. He also recommended a tree surgeon upon my request afterwards. Thanks so much John - fantastic!
Quality of service :  I did not meet John at the property so cannot comment with that respect but I was very pleased with the report he produced which was clear and the mortgage company were also happy with the report. I wish all companies were so quick! Went above and beyond.
Value for money :  John was the cheapest of all the localsurveyor results and also a number more that I phoned from a search engine (almost 1/3 cheaper than the most expensive) and even knocked a little bit extra off as he is local and did not need travel costs considering.
Professionalism :  John was very friendly, polite and helpful over the phone, text and email. I did not meet John as I was unable to visit during the survey. Would highly recommend.
