Promptness of response :  Jonathan Price responded quickly arranging to view the property and promptly sent me his bank details to be paid electronically.
Quality of service :  Very poor service. He did not respond to emails. Agreed an additional fee to value the property for insurance purposes. I had to request the report after the agreed date that he said I would receive it. It did not include the insurance valuation. I had to request this to be forwarded to me. He agreed to also send the report by first class post. I have still have not received it even though I have sent two emails reminding him. I have given up on this request. The report was very poor. Mainly descriptive with only three photographs, two of the outside of the house and one of the garden. The Building Survey Report lacked any critical analysis and was more like an Estate Agents marketing brochure.
Value for money :  A waste of money. The survey did not tell me anything that common sense would have made me aware of.
Professionalism :  Totally unprofessional in dealing with clients. Still has not delivered what was agreed.

Quality of service :  Surveyor gave us a quick update the day after the survey stating no major concerns were found. The full survey was very thorough and was delivered within 10 days of carrying it out.
Value for money :  Great value for money. It seems (in my opinion) that they do not have a strong admin presence, but when you do get hold of him, he actions accordingly.
