Promptness of response :  MKN Surveyors responded very quickly to my enquiry. They were very friendly and could arrange a survey within a few days which was necessary in this case.
Quality of service :  The quality of service was excellent. MKN obviously have an extensive knowledge in all aspects of building and in our case, a conversion from an older, industrial building. MKN followed our specific requirements. They produced (quickly) a comprehensive report that was easy to understand along with photo's to support potential problems. They included recommendations to raise with the developer and our solicitor. After we looked at the report, they have been helpful in answering our questions.
Value for money :  MKN was possibly one of the cheaper quotes but the quality of their service was excellent.
Professionalism :  They kept me informed of their visit to the property and the report itself was in my view of professional quality. I would recommend MKN Surveyors without hesitation.
