Quality of service :  I had an EICR undertaken by TICS & subsequently a quote for repairs. MME were substantially cheaper & I subsequently employed Michael Lincoln to undertake the work. It took several hours to get my property up to standard. Michael explained everything & showed me as he did it. The standard of his work is excellent. He is a very friendly individual with excellent customer service.

Mick gave us a quote on the repairs and came out again to give us a quote on electrics we wanted updating in the house. So far Mick has wired and moved/replaced/installed new sockets/switched in 3 rooms as the electrics hadn't been updated in a while in our property. Mick is super reliable, respectful and professional. He goes above and beyond, explains everything along the way, makes sure you're happy before he proceeds and leaves the place spotless after he's finished. We are hoping to have him back soon to complete some more work. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Quality of service :  I was really happy as he fixed the flickering light straight away. And I had been told by a previous generic workman for nPower that they couldn't fit a thermostat after halfway through a job and drilling holes in my walls. I was never happy but Mick was able to find out why and explain it. He wasn't able to anything right away as it would be a big job. But it was worth the money to have peace of mind knowing what and why. So very happy with Mick.
Value for money :  I had tried multiple quotes but either no one replied or charged about 50% more than what Mick was charging so again was happy especially to get it done so close to Xmas.
