I initially just called Mosaic for some advice as to how to proceed with a party wall agreement. I spoke to Hasan, who gave me some excellent advice. In this day and age no one gives advice which doesn't benefit them but Hasan genuinely had my best interests. From then on I thought it would be best to hire Mosaic as my party wall surveyors. From start to finish they kept me in the loop in regards to timescales, regulations and best processes and they were always available when I needed reassurances. There were some challenging steps but Hasan and Tam were able to keep very professional and they were able to conclude my party wall agreement seamlessly. For the service provided and the cost I paid, I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I need a party wall surveyor in the future, Mosaic would be the first company I call.
