Freelance RICS Building Surveyor, Buying a home and need a condition report? I'm based in Peterborough and cover a 100 mile radius. However, I will still consider a survey outside that radius on a case by case basis. Surveys considered are level 1, Conditions Reports, Level 2, House Buyers Reports, and level 3 Building/structural Surveys, depending on your requirements.
