Once instructed to carry out a Survey we ensure our clients are provided with a jargon free easy to understand comprehensive report.
Once the Survey is complete and has been fully digested we offer to talk through the survey in depth to ensure you know what to do next, if subsequent specialist reports, quotes, further house information or legal information are produced and sent to us for consideration we will inspect any further information and comment were helpful, we do not charge extra for these services as we deem it important as part of our ethos to help you through the buying process.

The website was simple and straightforward to use and gave me a number of surveyor options. Nick was great- he managed to fit us in really quickly, arranged a call to discuss the results and has been on hand to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Promptness of response : Nick Goldsmith was very responsive and proactive in our initial contact.
Quality of service : Nick Goldsmith visited the property to provide a level 3 building survey within a week of first contact. He made a thorough inspection and I received his report within a week of the survey. He explained the issues in everyday language and let me know I could call him to discuss. He was knowledgeable and helpful and increased my confidence in progressing with my purchase.
Value for money : I received quotes from half a dozen surveyors and although some were the same price as NG Building Surveyors, around half were more expensive.
Professionalism : Nick was always courteous and open to questions.
