Nicholas Lindsay Architects is a design led, creative and practical contemporary Scottish architecture practice. We have extensive experience across a wide range of sectors but particularly specialise in residential work including; one-off houses, extensions, renovations and conservation work to older buildings.

We are a small practice and want to remain so, meaning all our drawings are carried out by one of the two Directors, who are both Chartered Architects. This means that your point of contact within the office is also the person producing all the work, ensuring quality and accuracy is maintained. As a small practice, we are not Vat registered, instantly saving you 20% on our fees. We use the most up to date 3d modelling software, providing our clients with realistic images of the designs from the outset, including Virtual Reality presentations.
