Value for money :  I'm probably going to have to spend money on another EPC. I fail to see how spending £9000 on upgrading windows to double and triple glazed since last EPC, has resulted in the same rating. Didn't answer this query.

Professionalism :  The previous EPC was a D. This was when we bought the house 7 years ago this coming April.We had NEW double glazing, New boiler, Solar Panels and various other improvements to help in keeping energy use as low as possible.We maintain an average temperature of 21 degrees. We are both in our eighties and yet manage to keep warm and have below average energy bills.I was HUGELY disappointed with an E rating. I am aware the rules do change from time to time but a D rating would be more acceptable. I have pointed out all of the above to the surveyor in an email but I have had no response whatsoever.

Quality of service :  On receiving my epc, it recommended that I could save money by replacing some lights to energy saving ones, which the property only received a 4* rating with 62% of lights only energy saving, however, all my lights were energy saving for which there should have been 5*100% . When I put this to the inspector he says he doesn't count all the lights!!. Which disappointed me greatly
