Quality of service :  I have moved a number of times with associated surveys and Jeremy was the most professional and communicative of all the surveyors I've used. I met him while he was doing the survey and he was friendly and polite despite the fact I was disturbing him! He provided a verbal summary of the main points and within 3 working days the survey report. I'd also requested a valuation and he provided a rationale for why he'd valued the property below the market value which I was then able to use for a revised offer to the vendor.
Value for money :  The survey was exhaustive in it's assessment - everything possible was covered, giving me the confidence that there would be no surprises when I moved in. Jeremy was not the cheapest of the quotes I received but the value of the detail of the report and the extra assistance he provided me made this exceptional value for money.
Professionalism :  My previous comments undoubtedly reflect a surveyor with great technical knowledge and skill, great communication and a sensitivity to what the customer needs help with.

Promptness of response :  Initial response was very prompt and explained the earliest opportunity to perform the survey would approximately one weeks time. Survey was then carried out on the agreed date and results returned equally promptly.
Quality of service :  Resultant report seems to be as thorough as can be expected for this level of survey and has provided plenty of information for contemplation.
Value for money :  Having done a little "shopping around" I found the fee not the cheapest but not by far the most expensive. Looking at the resultant report, I am more than satisfied it was a fair price.

I decided to opt for Jeremy Taylor and went for a slightly more comprehensive service. Mr Taylor was swift to respond and fitted the survey in within a week. The completely survey was 37 pages long with photographs. It exceeded my expectations having recently had three surveys done for BTL properties, this was far more comprehensive.
