PAD provides a full architectural service, this includes bespoke architectural design where we will tailor the project exactly to your needs; Whether you need to realise your Grand Design or you’re looking to maximise the potential within your existing property, all projects are handled with the same care and attention. Services offered also include: Planning & Building Control applications where we will liaise fully with your local authorities on your behalf, interior design on all projects and where necessary we will also assist in the selection of contractors as part of the service. Promptness of response : Ken is a top guy with good knowledge and advice and also was very good in communication
Quality of service : Again went above and beyond and is still in progress of some additional works
Value for money : Very good value for money. Ken was not like the rest before he decided to take my money he looked through everything then made a decision not wanting any money upfront until he was satisfied he could help
