Quality of service :  Started off well, and their response times to queries is good as they use a dashboard. However, they seem quite slow in their actual completion for quite simple projects. Previous architects I've worked with have been more timely in their drawings and applications to council.
Value for money :  Not sure what the comparative would be for the same level/speed of work. I'd say they should have more nuance in their pricing when the project doesn't necessarily require them to design anything, rather making drawings of existing buildings.
Professionalism :  Always very professional in phone calls and a good level of software to allow screen sharing and informed conversations even when we can't be in the same room.

Promptness of response :  Resi called me next day and was pro-active about asking for follow-up information during quote process.
Quality of service :  I chose not to follow through on the project. It's unclear how good the service would have been. The service is geared rather towards extensions and such rather than straightforward, though larger scale, renovations, which is the service I wanted, but they were able to provide structural drawings for chimney removal.
Value for money :  I believe their quoted prices were reasonable for the work they were offering to do.
Professionalism :  Their advantage as a national company is a neat website
