We went with Ed to provide a survey on our property because he was the only person we contacted that took a few minutes to look at the property on Rightmove and provide some initial advice on the most appropriate level of survey. Dealing with Ed is a pleasure. He is always contactable, always cheery and what we really appreciated was his ability to explain things to us in simple terms rather than just reeling off jargon. Ed's eye for meticulous detail was evident in the documentation he provided. What we also appreciated was Ed's honesty in his appraisal - he was happy to tell us, factually, the good and the bad. We hope we don't need to move now for a long time, but next time we do I will only go to Ed for my surveys.
