We instructed Seven One to project manage the full refurbishment of our house. They visited to carry out an initial cost appraisal and proceed to tender with full specifications. The works was complete to a high standard and we were delighted to move in within our move in date. If you are new to refurbishing or extending your home I would thoroughly recommend there services as they negotiated my stage payments with the Contractor as well as scrutinising the additional cost the Contractor had submitted.

Foysol was a saving grace. Building work was due to commence in a week and I hadn't gotten a formal party wall agreement signed and filed. He responded to my ad within 1hr, and had the party wall awarded within a week. He was also very consultative throughout the whole duration- putting any fears to rest. I cant recommend him and Seven One Associates enough. They made this whole process easy.
