Quality of service :  The EPC is not a true reflection on the performance of our property and does not take account off the insulation that has been installed. Thank you for your feedback, though as was explained on site and subsequent correspondence, there must be evidence to prove that insulation is present. Unfortunately as there is no evidence of insulation in the areas you suggested we unfortunately cannot simply assume that it is present.
