Promptness of response : Very efficient and quick to respond
Quality of service : Good quality home buyer report, I like the fact that they also sent me hardcopy by post.
Value for money : Very good and professional service in decent price, They sent me a 10% discount which i received after booking but they still applied that on to my booking and quickly refund the difference. +1 for their professionalism and quality of service.
Professionalism : I received a call following the Survey assuring me that I am buying a good property. Surveyor highlighted all area of concerns and confirmed the value of property as well.
