Promptness of response :  Michael Tait got in touch, I was impressed by his knowledge, he was one of the most expensive, but I could tell he knew his stuff and had experience of Grade II listed buildings which was important.
Quality of service :  The report he prepared for us was very thorough and the vendors said he was at the house all afternoon which was impressive that he was prepared to spend so much time.
Value for money :  See above comment
Professionalism :  Michael explained how he would prepare the report, it was completed on time and in a very professional manner.
