Quality of service :  The EPC readings are in doubt as a result it has been forwarded to STORMA technology ltd for a verification. I also very disappointed supplier response to my quarries regarding the EPC which I made on 7/13 November 2015 Unfortunately he did not reply my mails. As a result I had to forward the quarries to STROMA technology ltd.
Value for money :  If the EPC approved as a satisfactory then yes it is good value for money.
Professionalism :  Yes the supplier maintained it all around but presenting an invoice without a signature could have been improved.
