TVR Design Consultancy provided us with free full and frank advice services. The quote that TVR Design gave us was competitive and simple to understand. They conducted a detailed survey and did excellent initial design schemes. TVR Design applied for planning permission with the existing and proposed drawings as required and all associated correspondence with the planning officers. Technical and construction drawings were done in time and TVR design received building control approval. Specification and schedule of works were done very well including lighting, electrical and internal drainage plans, and implementation of interior design and detailing. TVR Design provided good on site management for our builder and the project was completed according to the schedule of work. TVR Design produced an exciting design for our new house extension using traditional materials in a modern way. The plot is very narrow and it was a sympathetic and appropriate design for the site. TVR Design used low cost design solutions to reduce carbon emissions and improve fabric energy efficiency of the new extension. Planning and Building Regulations applications went through with no problem. The extension is built now and we feel that we are living in an pleasing modern design and our friends also think so. We are very pleased with the work and services of TVR Design.
