Promptness of response :  The whole process from my initial enquiry to conducting the survey and producing the resulting report was extremely prompt and efficient.
Quality of service :  The fact that I dealt with the same person throughout the process helped greatly. This meant that prior to the survey my specific areas of interest could be discussed. As far as it is possible to ascertain the survey was conducted efficiently and the subsequent report covered virtually every matter of concern. The report was delivered within three days of the actual survey. After receipt I found it very useful to be able to telephone Toby and discuss a couple of the matters he noted in the report.
Value for money :  The cost of the survey was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive I was quoted. The service I received was first class and, I feel, represented good value for money.
Professionalism :  Toby's professional approach was very much appreciated. He was very clear about what the survey did and did not cover. Every stage was conducted promptly. As noted above I particularly appreciated the opportunity to discuss the results of the survey with the person actually conducting it without having to work through intermediaries.
