Promptness of response : Lee and Martin arrived as requested on our preferred date and time within a week's notice.
Quality of service : The electrical survey was thorough and the NICEIC report completed.
Value for money : Lee and Martin took time to ensure that all areas were covered and produced the report within two working days of the visit.
Professionalism : The survey was thorough and the report complete, though some tests they would have wanted to conduct were not possible and their estimate of the age of the wiring somewhat greater than the true value!
