Our intention is to offer a speedy efficent reliable service backed up by qualified and personable staff. As part of our service we provide individual web access to our EPCs & Floor Plans for customers allowing them access to their account to monitor and check - 24hrs a day. Domestic EPCs & Floor Plans can be provided within 24hrs or the same day as our visit to site. The web site worked well and I used Stephen Niblock. Stephen provided an excellent service I would be happy to recommend him in future. A. Hatton As it was over the weekend I was surprised that I had a quick response from the EPC Centre in Ormskirk. We had our EPC carried out first thing Monday and everything was on the web site by 5 pm and my EPC file was ready to upload per E- Mail. I would certainly recommend this service to anyone I know who requires an urgent EPC. Well done and thank you, I was pleased with the quick results and the price was good value.
