Promptness of response :  Cannot recommend Simon enough! He was very quick to respond to our request over the Christmas period. Very quick to get the appointment booked in with the estate agents and very quick at sending us the report. We were looking for someone to go and see the property as soon as they could and Simon certainly held up to his feedback and did just that.
Quality of service :  The quality of the report Simon sent was very detailed, evidencing all of the points he had raised. He did a very thorough job. He took his time to look at everything properly even though the estate agents were trying to rush him for that we respect him.
Value for money :  Very competitive price. Best price we found on the market with the quickest report time.
Professionalism :  Absolutely professional. Knows his stuff and is very good at explaining it to someone who doesn't know their stuff (me) when it comes to certain things. He called us right after the inspection as he had spotted a couple of alarming things that needed our attention straight away. Especially over the Christmas period. Honestly, cannot recommend Simon enough! Because of his report we have decided to pull out of the property we were going for as the work we had been told about would actually cost us 10 times the amount.
