Capital Chartered Surveyors and Valuers was established in 2009 by Robin Jones BSc MRICS, Fraser Maldoom Dip.VEM FRICS & John Strong FRICS. John has stepped down as a Director but remains as a Consultant and is an invaluable font of knowledge. Our Directors and Consultants are all Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers each with over 25 years surveying experience in a wide range of surveying disciplines. Our "core team" have worked together since 2003 or earlier, throughout London & The Home Counties, from offices in Central and South West London.
We specialise in the Survey & Valuation of Residential Property and are an independent multi-discipline firm of Chartered Surveyors not tied to any lender or estate agency.
Whilst much of our work is within and around the M25, we have also surveyed many substantial Listed Country Houses further afield and where appropriate we are able to put 2 surveyors on site, each equally experienced in such work.
We take pride in the work we do, providing a personal service meeting modern demands and maintaining traditional standards.
